- Kathy Millard, President: Kathy has been with Modern Glass Company since 1989 and became the third generation of ownership in 2010. She has a degree in business management and holds SPHR, SHRM-SCP, and CBF certifications. Kathy is passionate about leading the business and its employees to success and has worked with industry partners to establish a state-approved glazing apprenticeship program.
- Kevin Culpepper, Vice President: Kevin began his career in glazing with Modern Glass in 1991 and now oversees the operations side of the business.
