Our Story

In 1991, Alan and Mary White sold a business in Pennsylvania and embarked on a journey to find their new home. Once they drove by Lake Coeur d'Alene, they knew they had found their destination. When shopping for shades for their new home, they noticed a gap in the market for quality window fashions at a competitive price. With Alan's experience in the military and as a Sales Manager, and Mary's CPA background, they established Blinds Etc Inc. Over the years, we have serviced over 6000 clients in the greater Inland Northwest, providing a local, family-owned, personal experience for our customers.
