Product Variety and Staff
Kathy Shades has a large variety of products, designs, and colors to choose from. The staff is professional, courteous, patient, and easy to work with. Many customers have praised Tommy's excellent service, refixing mistakes and providing fast turnaround times for repairs.
Quality of Work
Tom did an excellent job putting up Roman shades in customers' dining rooms and kitchens. The blinds are not only aesthetically pleasing but also functional and durable. Mike was also praised for his knowledgeable approach to repairing blinds and installing new ones.
