• Robert Baker: Owner & Operator, Commercial & Residential Specialist & Consultant, with over 30 years of industry experience. Rob started automotive window tinting in early 1989 and expanded into the commercial and residential market by 1997. He opened Baltimore Tint in 2005 and has since grown the business around the demands for quality and professional film services.
• Erin Baker: Owner, Commercial & Residential Bid Coordinator, with over 15 years of experience in the industry. Erin has been a part of Baltimore Tint since its inception in 2005 and currently oversees the commercial bidding department and management oversight.
• Steven Baker: Automotive Installer, with over 15 years of experience in the industry. Steven has become a top-rated installation professional.
• Christopher Baker: Flat Glass Installation Assistant, with over 6 years of experience in the industry. Chris has been a part of our flat glass installation team.
• Jennifer Askin: Administrative Coordinator, with over 22 years of professional experience. Jennifer handles the daily ins and outs of the administrative side of the office, including accounts payable and receivable, project scheduling, website management, and clerical duties.
