These guys are truly amazing. This is only place I will go in the future. Thought I was going there to have my windshield replaced because I was convinced that's where the water was coming from, but after about an hour of investigating, Charles did not think that replacing the seal around the windshield would fix my water leak issue, but instead recommended to put some seam sealant around the windshield and the metal seams around that area.
He didn't even charge me for it. The only thing I paid for was a rock chip repair, which would have been free for life if they had replaced my windshield. I feel like I ripped them off. I was extremely impressed with them and they've just earned themselves a lifelong customer. Well done!

When I called valueGLASS, I expected service to be out 2+ weeks. Charles came out within a couple of days. He was easy to talk with, knew what he was doing, and so informative. He was able to fix one window and is going to research how to fix the other one as my windows are unusual. I really appreciate the service and the willingness to research the product. valueGlass has my rating for great service that people can count on.

ValueGlass HUGE shout out! My car was broken into on 4/29 I have been dealing with Bremerton PD, insurance, stolen things out of my car $100+, and just the shock that this has happened to me. Charlie from Value Glass CALLED ME on the morning of 4/30 and got me in by 2pm the same day and for over half the price off of what my deductible would have cost me and got it done in less than an hour.
They have taken a huge weight off of my shoulders and the most helpful ANYONE has been through this situation. I cant thank them enough for taking care of me. Now I can start my vacation on Friday knowing most of this is taken care of. (the other person whos car got broken into is also using them) ((Theres a plant shop right down the street I walked to thats also a huge plus)) Edit: this company isnt out to let us girlies be scammed to make an extra dollar theyre here to help like fr highly recommend

They responded to my emails very promptly, fit me in super fast, some how the price went down not up when i paid for it. (Only like 20$ but still!) Staff was super friendly. Work and glass is top notch. Price was great and affordable. Replaced a 20+ year windshield. If i had to nitpick anything took the guy installing it longer then he estimated but an extra 15min wasnt going harm me. Highly recommend. Ps i only saw 1 employee there so any delay was completely understandable.

Yesterday on my way home from work, the driver door window on my tahoe spontaneously combusted for no apparent reason. I called a couple different shops, who all gave me varying dates, times and prices of when they could get it done before I settled on ValueGLASS. I called about an hour before they closed for the night, Charlie said he had dealt with this problem a few times (only on Tahoes?! ) and he could get a new window in by 8am the next morning and actually opened up an hour early so he could get me back on the road and to work as soon as possible.
It took him just barely over an hour from the time he took my keys to when he handed them back to me and I was on my way, all for less than any of the other shops quoted me. I'll definitely be coming back here with any future needs. Thank you!

I put a 2x4 through the back windshield of my little Ford ranger and these guys were great and wonderful! I was scheduled the same day and dropped my truck off that evening after work. They had it fixed very quickly and were super great. I was even able to pay over the phone which added to the convenience. They are always kind of polite whenever I call.

Fantastic customer service. Joy went above and beyond. Fast replies on quotes, answered my question with images and detailed explanations and came to my house within a day and replaced my windshield for the same cost as going to their shop (I'm an hourhour away). Plus, least expensive service, no hidden charges and full warranty. Highly recommend and am happy to have found a business based on great service and value! Thank you Joy and Charles!
