My daughter referred Zen windows when I was looking for window replacement. Super easy working with Brad. Over the phone he asked how many windows needed replacement and then sent an email with a brochure. Brad measured my windows, confirmed the estimate and when the windows came in, the installation team was punctual, professional and friendly. In only day, the old windows were out and the new windows were in. The next day they finished caulking the outside. The installation team was neat and clean. Everything looked great when they finished. I was and I am still pleased.

My window replacement from Zen was awesome. Not only were they cheaper and faster than the big guys, but they didnt upsell me and pester me or try to get me to buy something that day. They didnt even have to come to the house until the day of the install. I recommend Brad and Zen Windows to friends regularly because of how great a job they do. Five stars

The entire Zen window replacement experience was first rate. Brad was efficient and very expedient in the sales process. He did not waste time with unnecessary sales tactics. Rony and his crew were phenomenal in the installation process. They were professional, courteous and meticulous. Although they could have finished in two days, they came back for a third day just to make sure everything was right. This included repair of multiple rotting issues on my old windows. Finally, the final price was just as quoted. Highly recommend Brad and his team for window replacement

We searched a number of window replacement firms. Brad of Zen Windows was the most thorough in his estimate, appeared to offer several hi-quality lines and very competitive pricing. Plus, important to us, the windows are US made. We couldnt be more satisfied. The install crew was competent, speedy and did a superb job while also completely cleaning up each day. Zen windows of Nashville, owner, Brad Alexander replaced 39 windows in our home 5 years ago. We have been very pleased with them. The workers did a great job in a timely manner. The product has held up well. Yesterday we had them out to fix one window that would not stay open and they repaired it, no charge and lifetime warranty.

After wasting 3.5 hours (!) listening to a salesman from a "traditional" window business and getting an outrageous estimate I decided to make some research and found Zen Windows. Got my quote in less than 10 minutes via email. The price was great and we went ahead and signed the contract. The owner is a very nice person, very honest and helpful. I was in need of replacing 5 faulty windows installed by a bankrupt company. I found that Soft-Lite had acquired the original company. Brad willingly worked with the Soft-Lite supplier to provide replacement panes for my windows. He promptly installed the windows and I am no longer looking through moldy glass. I felt that Brad went out of his way to please me.
