Our History
The history of Overhead Door Company of Sioux City dates back to 1921, when C.G. Johnson invented the upward-lifting garage door. Today, the Overhead Door brand is recognized and respected nationwide, with over 450 authorized Red Ribbon Distributors across the country. Our roots run deep in Siouxland, and we're proud to have been serving our community for over 50 years.
Installation Issues
Some customers experienced issues with the installation of their garage doors. Leah Nelson initially had a rolling kitchen fire door installed, but it did not work properly due to subpar workmanship. The issues were not resolved promptly, and the customer had to deal with repeated visits from the technicians.
