Exceptional Customer Service
The reviewers overall have a positive experience with Lowen, with two out of three rating their experience 5 stars. Sean and Andre from Customer Service went above and beyond to resolve their issue, providing 5-star operation, responsiveness, and execution. Kerry also had a positive experience with Ali, describing them as professional and responsive.
Training Issues in Installation
On the other hand, Jay had a negative experience with Lowen. He purchased a LaCantina door from Lowen, but the wrong door was ordered. Although he was able to make it work, no concessions were given. Moreover, after the door was installed, the keys wouldn't work in the lock, and the issue was never fixed. To make matters worse, the sliding feature of the door stopped working due to jamming. Repeated calls to service were unanswered or unreturned.
Inadequate Response to Issue
Jay also had a poor experience when he contacted Lowen again about his issue. The person who answered the phone did not identify themselves or the store, and would not provide any information on resolution beyond saying they had spoken to the same person.
