Problems with Repairs and Customer Service

Nina Buller reported waiting two years for repairs and corrections due to water problems, with ongoing calls and complaints with no results. She also mentioned that the original plumbing work was done by workers and not a real plumber, and that the company did not get a plumbing permit. Matt Bindel had a similar experience, with multiple issues with his window installation, including broken glass, holes in the wall, and damaged trim. He also had to fight to get the company to fix these issues.
