Disappointing Experience with a Recent Order
The reviewer, Jessica Meikle, expresses disappointment with her recent order from the company. Although she had a good experience in the past, her recent purchase did not meet her expectations. The order consisted of two roman shades that cost $569, but when installed, they left a significant gap between the window and the drapery.
Poor Customer Service
The customer service experience was also unhelpful, allegedly telling the reviewer that she needed to purchase the blinds again in order to get it right. This lack of assistance added to the frustration.
