Installation Issues and Damages
The reviewers experienced issues with the installation of their doors and windows, resulting in damages and defects. One reviewer reported that their $20,000 folding door arrived with large, medium, and small dents and scratches, which forced them to redo their trim/molding plan. Another reviewer reported that their windows were ordered incorrectly, with 2x4 framing instead of 2x6, and that the bathroom windows were not tempered glass as required.
Lack of Responsibility and Poor Customer Service

One reviewer was refunded $1000 for not having to replace the dented track, but the company refused to replace the bent track/sill, claiming it was not their responsibility.
