Service and Repairs

While manufacturer warranties cover repairs for product defects, our service center in Novato is equipped to repair your shades even after the warranty has expired. We also offer an ultrasonic cleaning process to remove dirt, dust, and grime from your window coverings, making them look like new again. You can drop off your window coverings at any of our three locations, and we also offer pickup and reinstall services for your convenience.
