Legacy of Quality or Outdated Services?
Pullum wood casement windows have stood the test of time, according to one satisfied customer who had his custom house built in 1978. Despite some minor air leaks in double-pane windows, the service was described as "EXCELLENT." However, the company's reputation took a noticeable dip in subsequent reviews.
Disappointment and Betrayal
Two customers had a severely negative experience with Pullum. Reecha Bahl gave them a 1-star rating, citing poor service and broken promises. She claimed that when issues arose, the representative was evasive and tried to charge her more.
