Installation Quality Issues
Multiple reviewers have reported issues with the installation quality of their windows. Michelle Burch's experience was particularly concerning, as the installers put in 3 windows with gaps and bowing, which required the company to reorder new windows. Kelly Barts also had issues with the installation, saying that the new windows were less efficient than her old Andersen windows. Julie Specht's experience was similar, with every single window having sticker adhesive, one with a defect, and two windows short. Heather Gabbard's experience was an exception, as her windows were installed to her satisfaction.
Customer Service Issues
