Poor Experience with Customer Service and Technicians
The reviewer, Trey M., had a terrible experience with the company's customer service and technicians. He hired them to fix an electronic gate in his driveway, but the technician's ineptitude led to a series of unfortunate events.
Incompetent Technicians
The technician finished the repair and demonstrated how well the gate worked, but then attempted to upsell a new part and two remote control clickers for $170. When he tried to install the new part, sparks shot out of the unit, and he claimed he didn't have it connected to power, which was suspicious and unconvincing.
