Quality Issues with Windows Installation
Several customers have experienced issues with the quality of their windows. Aubrey Humphrey ordered over 40 windows and discovered splits in the nail fins on almost every window corner. The manufacturer claimed this was normal and offered to use silicone to seal the gaps, which is not a recommended method for waterproofing. John R. Black also experienced issues with the quality of his windows, as two kitchen windows were replaced and the blinds he ordered were left in storage.
Positive Installation Experience
On the other hand, many customers had a positive experience with the installation process. Carolyn Beatty, Stephen Brock, Jene Buckner, Sharon Frazier Randolph, John R. Black, Karl Mackey, and Sheila Newton all praised the installation team for their meticulous work, great products, and excellent communication.
Communication Concerns
However, some customers experienced communication issues. Jodie Miears stated that the timeline and communication were disappointing, leading to installation delays and inconvenience. David Scott also had communication issues, as he did not receive a response from the company about replacing or fixing damaged items.
