Unsatisfactory Experience
The company Palmetto Overhead Doors had an unfortunate encounter with Jason Teachey, the General Manager of a large corporation. Dan from the company was supposed to come out two days prior to providing an estimate, but instead, showed up late. Jason found Dan to be rude, belligerent, and condescending, which led to a poor customer service experience. Jason was displeased with the way he was treated and felt that Dan tried to charge him for services that were not going to be performed. This encounter left a bad taste in Jason's mouth, and he will not be doing business with Palmetto Overhead Doors in the future.
Positive Experiences
On the other hand, Don Lynch and Jim Parker had pleasant experiences with Palmetto Overhead Doors. Don's stuck shut garage door was repaired by Garrett the same morning, and it was working great with a reasonable cost. Jim praised the company for their dependability and service, recommending them to others.
Comparison
It appears that Palmetto Overhead Doors had a mixed experience with their customers. While they were able to provide good service to some, such as Don and Jim, they failed to meet expectations with Jason.
