• Window Cleaning: We charge a per-window price that depends on the type of windows you have. Our pricing structure is clear and straightforward, and we provide no-pressure advice, options, and answers to any questions you may have.
• Gutter Cleaning: Our gutter cleaning service depends on various factors, such as the amount of trees around the property, the linear foot of gutter, pitch/height of the roof, and whether you have any type of screens or guards covering the gutters.
• Pressure/Soft Washing: Our low-pressure house washing service includes cleaning your home from the ground to the gutters, including all siding, fascia, soffit, shutters, window frames, painted surfaces, and the outside of the gutters. This low-pressure detergent cleaning provides a great general cleanup and is designed for removing mold, mildew, algae, spiders/webs, surface dirt, and sanitizes the surfaces. Our standard house wash service does not include items such as interior gutter cleaning, roof cleaning, decks, driveways, or fencing. We do offer these services at a separate cost.
• Roof Cleaning: Our safe non-pressure roof stain removal/cleaning service will be based on the size of the roof, pitch, condition, and type of shingles you have.

When your scheduled appointment time arrives, one of our crew leaders will call you in route to your property to give you an estimated time of arrival. Upon arriving, the crew leader will introduce himself and verify what services were requested. They will then walk around the outside of your property referring to the phone estimate and provide you an exact price for each service before starting any work. We are happy to provide estimates on other services you may be interested in for future cleaning.
